After arriving in Sanya, collect the booklet at a designated pickup point with your e-voucher, or contact customer service to arrange local courier delivery.

One Hainan Travel Passport can be shared by two people. Identity-verification requirements and other restrictions are subject to the passport booklet and on-site guidance.
Where can I collect the passport after purchase?
Present your e-voucher at the Sanya Travel Service Center between Exits B and C in Domestic Arrivals, Terminal 1 of Sanya Phoenix International Airport; the Trip.com Group Hainan office on the 15th floor of Sunshine Financial Plaza; or a designated hotel or guesthouse. Alternatively, add the customer service team on WeCom, provide your purchase voucher and address, and request local courier delivery.
